-THE #1 CAUSE OF STRESS AND DISCOLORATION is improper mowing habits
-We recommend mowing your lawn at 3½ inches in height (Never under 3 inches in hot weather)
-Avoid mowing when temperatures are over 80 degree
-Avoid mowing off more than 1/3 of the grass blade.
-Keep the mower blade sharp
-If rainfall is insufficient, water the lawn regularly
-Lawns need between 1 and 1 ½ inches of water per week to thrive.
-Deep thorough waterings one to three times weekly will allow the roots to go deeper as opposed to daily waterings.
- reduce the chance of disease and/or fungal activity by not allowing your lawn to dry out
